SolidNetics Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SolidNetics, a cloud-based AI-powered simulation software developed by Perisim, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using SolidNetics, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SolidNetics, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement. If you are accessing or using SolidNetics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Service Description

SolidNetics is a cloud-based engineering simulation platform powered by Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs). It enables users to upload 3D CAD files (e.g., STL, STEP), define boundary conditions, and perform solid mechanics analysis directly through a web interface.

2.1 Beta Disclaimer

SolidNetics may offer early access features in Beta. You understand and agree that:

• Beta features may contain bugs or change without notice.
• Service interruptions or instability may occur.
• Beta features should not be relied upon for critical production analysis.
• Your feedback on these features may be used to improve the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Registration

You may need to register and create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SolidNetics for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload any files that infringe on intellectual property or contain malicious content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the software.
• Disrupt the integrity or performance of SolidNetics.

4. Subscription Plans

SolidNetics offers multiple tiers of access:

• Basic (Free): Limited simulation capabilities and features.
• Pro, Team, and Enterprise Plans: Paid plans with enhanced access, resource usage, and collaboration tools.

Plan features and pricing are subject to change. Continued access to paid features requires a valid subscription.

5. Data Handling & File Usage

• You retain ownership of all files (e.g., STL, STEP) uploaded to SolidNetics.
• We process your data solely for simulation, analysis, and platform improvement.
• We do not share your engineering data with third parties or use it for advertising.
• For security, files are stored and processed on US-based servers with encryption.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your uploaded data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and display it within the platform.

6.2 Our Content

All intellectual property in SolidNetics — including algorithms, UI, backend architecture, and branding — belongs to Perisim, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. AWS & Cloud Services

SolidNetics leverages Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure including EC2, S3, and DynamoDB. By using SolidNetics, you acknowledge that your use is also subject to AWS’s acceptable use policies.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your subscription lapses or payment fails.
• Required by law or due to security concerns.

You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

SolidNetics is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of simulation results.
• Continuous or error-free operation.
• That your engineering data will never be lost, though we apply strict security measures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Perisim, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of profits or data.
• Business interruptions.
• Errors in simulation results or service availability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification.
• In-app alerts or announcements.

Your continued use of SolidNetics after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
