These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SolidNetics, a cloud-based AI-powered simulation software developed by Perisim, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using SolidNetics, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
By using SolidNetics, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement. If you are accessing or using SolidNetics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
SolidNetics is a cloud-based engineering simulation platform powered by Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs). It enables users to upload 3D CAD files (e.g., STL, STEP), define boundary conditions, and perform solid mechanics analysis directly through a web interface.

Plan features and pricing are subject to change. Continued access to paid features requires a valid subscription.
You retain all rights to your uploaded data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and display it within the platform.
All intellectual property in SolidNetics — including algorithms, UI, backend architecture, and branding — belongs to Perisim, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
SolidNetics leverages Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure including EC2, S3, and DynamoDB. By using SolidNetics, you acknowledge that your use is also subject to AWS’s acceptable use policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

SolidNetics is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
